ویلا، به عنوان یک امکان تجربه از ایجاد الگویی جدیدِ زیستی می باشد که برای این تجربه امکان شخصی سازی فضایی نیز وجود دارد.

طرح مساله در ویلاها، بر اساس صورت مساله های کلان فکری هر معمار و ایجاد سبک زندگی مورد نیاز می تواند متغیر باشد که این مساله یکی از جذابیت های طراحی ویلاها می باشد.

در این ویلا، موضوعاتی به عنوان تمرینِ فکری معماری مطرح بوده.

ادغام سازه با جداره ( ظرف فضا)

ادغام الگوی سازماندهی فضای عمومی و خصوصی در ویلا.

ادغام هم زمان بیرون و درون.

مشخصات برنامه این ویلا در سه سطحِ زیر زمین، همکف و اول بوده و موقعیت مکانی آن در زمین های منطقه لواسان است.

همزمانی طراحی سه ویلای دیگر در این منطقه از زمین ها، موضوع کار روی یک مساله مشترک در چهار ویلا را ایجاد کرد. موضوع شروع فکری در چهار ویلا ، کار بر روی هندسه سه مربع و چهار محور فضایی بود.

در این پروژه، چهار جعبه فضایی به عنوان ظرف فضاها و سازه پروژه تعریف شد. چهار حجم مورد نظر، بر اساس دید حداکثری فضا و ادغام بیشتر با فضای سبزِ سایت، دارای لغزش نسبت به هم می باشند. چهار حجم فضایی، تعریف کننده فضاهای عمومی ویلا می باشند و از سمتی، احجام هایی به صورت مکعبی در میان این حجم کلی قرار گرفته اند.

جعبه های درون فضایی، مشخص کننده ی فضاهای خصوصی ویلا می باشند که به صورت معلّق بین حجم اصلی قرار گرفته اند.

حجم اصلی دارای پانچ شدگی های مختلفی است که خود را با فضای سبزِ بیرونی مرتبط می سازند.

مساله فضایی پروژه در سه سطح، طوری دیده شده که ارتباط بین هر بخشی به گونه ای حداکثری شکل گیرد به گونه ای که در سطح زیر زمین به صورت یک گودال باغچه ای که با یک آب نما ترکیب شده و تمامی فضای زیرزمین اول را در برمی گیرد ارتباط فیزیکی و بصری را با عملکرد این بخش دارد.

همچنین در سطح همکف و اول نیز ارتباط حجمی پروژه بین بخش های عمومی، خصوصی و لندسکیپ پروژه به گونه ای با یکدیگر ادغام گردیده.

سازماندهی فضای بیرون و درون در این قاعده حجمی به گونه ای از طریق پانچ شدگی ها و فضاهای مابین احجام شکل گرفته است.

Designing a villa is a great opportunity for each architect to explore personal ideologies in architecture. In this project the investigations included combination of dual qualities such as: structure and the façade, private and public spaces, as well as open and closed spaces. This villa was part of a bigger project consisting of four villas in Lavasan, Iran. Therefore, it was decided to follow a singular strategy for all four villas, which was to use the “Three squares and four spaces” geometry. Four volumetric spaces were defined as the main structure and space organizer. These four volumes were shifted over each other to maximize view and integration with greenspaces. These volumes form the public spaces of the villa. In addition to the main volumes, there are some cubical boxes floating inside the spaces, defining the private spaces of the house. The main volumes include openings on the surface to create connection to the exterior greenspaces. This villa was designed on three levels, basement, ground floor, as well as first floor. Different levels of the building were organized to have maximum connection to each other. On the basement level, there is an in-ground garden with a water pool with visual connection to the interior space of the house. Moreover, at the ground and first floors, there is a volumetric connection between the public, the private, and the landscape of the project. Here the organization of the interior and the exterior was established by the surface openings and the created spaces in between the volumes.
