This project consists of two towers, one is official and the other is residential. The towers locate next to a golf complex, so we tried to create a spatial diagram to provide maximum light and view for both official and residential units. The other goal was making an integrated space which defines the entrance, shell of building and roof of project.
The spatial diagram of design starts in line with a void that provides light and view for official units. And the skeleton design aims to solve difference between two towers. In order to this issue, the skeleton design uses a texture on the façade which makes the outside structure around the shell and also creates the balconies outside the façade for the residential parts.
