Mosh Villa
Mosha is a residential project in
a 4,000 m2 that includes two janitorial building and one suite.
Because the main frame of main building was constructed before, we had to
design by preserving the existing frame. The main characteristic of the
location is the beautiful view around the site. Considering this view, the mass
idea of project is shaped through square forms in order to create the outside
view like a frame from inside.
As we need to add space to
existing situation of project, we designed some spaces like a box that emerged
from the mass. Considering the dimension of boxes, each of them defines a part
of project such as balcony, library, and green space and so on.
Design of enclosure is shaped
based on mass idea that includes squares in the enclosure. This also defines
the green space.
Local stones were used
organically as the material of design in accordance with the environment. The
material of emerged parts is wooden to coordinate with natural characteristic
of villa.
