The location of this project is Dubai. We looked for better and more view for all units considering the site and location of the project. So, we changed the plan from rectangular to elliptical.
Next, taking environs building into consideration, we used the elliptical form in a specific size so a suitable view to the environment can be provided for all units.
As Dubai has sharp sun and all units should have balcony regarding to the employer’s request, we suggested a shell that creation all balconies of the project along with their parapets and providing interior organization of the tower are its functions.
In the skeleton diagram of design, the shell of façade extends to the inside and makes the main void and inside corridor of the tower.
Extending the texture of 3D view of design to the interior architecting of space results in integration the outside and inside the project.
