Hooshmand
Eyewear Shop
The
functional program of the Hooshmand eyewear shop is organized in three
adjoining section due to the longitudinal form of the space. The three
functional section represent particular glasses (section A), optical glasses (section
B) and sunglasses (section C)
The
main concept of design was to define transparency through multilayer surfaces. In each section the layers represented a specific function. Besides, each
layers covey's specific texture information and the superimposition of this
layers influence the observes' attention to the glasses display method. Due to
the minimum space available for displaying glasses, maximizing the display area
was of great importance. The solution was to display panels in multilayer order.
Each panel can move in rails and this way display spaces are optimized. For
better ad easier visionary effects it is tried to avoid using of non-uniform
materials. Combination of mat stainless steel, wood, glass and Plexiglas
materials provides simple and suitable visionary effects.
